Introduction
In z/OS, the facility that allows the users to log on and share the resources of the mainframe is TSO (Time Sharing Option). TSO provides a fixed set of commands that can interact with the mainframe and perform basic operations.
TSO is an interactive time-sharing environment for IBM mainframe operating systems, including OS/360 MVT, OS/VS2 (SVS), MVS, OS/390, and z/OS.
